Marsha Hatcher is a South Georgia-born artist, living and working in Jacksonville, Florida, for the past 30 years. As a military wife, Hatcher has traveled the world, creating a body of work inspired by her observations, experiences, and memories of living with diverse cultures and people. Hatcher continues to evolve her work and enjoys the structure and challenge of formal art competitions. She has won numerous awards using experimental techniques and color to render artworks that surprise and captivate her audience and many collectors.
